The Co-Executive Directors are responsible for supervising other director's tasks, maintaining communications, supporting all other directors, and planning and holding weekly director meetings and any supplementary meeting as they see fit. In addition, they must communicate with each other, coordinate which site days they will attend, and help write all documentation including funding applications, formal evaluations, and the Community Assessment. They will take on other responsibilities as necessary.

Purpose: To supplement elementary school tutoring by providing additional resources and materials
Duties: To run and organize the portable library at weekly site, track and reward reading progress of students, to provide and offer students relevant educational materials such as worksheets, flash cards, scratch paper, etc.
Purpose: To establish a strong supplemental program for the middle school kids with additional educational resources
Duties: The main responsibility of the middle school education directors is to provide supplementary instruction to the students in the middle school program by teaching weekly lessons that both engage and teach students about basic, but vital math and science concepts. Middle school education directors also organize course relevant worksheets and activities that students can work on once they are finished with their homework

Purpose: To introduce creative, hands-on activities to supplement elementary school tutoring
Duties: Prepare and implement weekly lesson plans to explore the fields of art, culture, health, and science, all while promoting creativity, teamwork, diversity, and greater tutor-tutee bonding.

Purpose: To establish a stronger connection and understanding with the community that we serve
Duties: Run and organize quarterly community events as a means to build a stronger connection to the community
Current Directors: Jesus Velazquez
Purpose: To provide extra resources and funding that allow us to purchase materials necessary for our program
Duties: Brainstorm, promote, and run various fundraisers, including our quarterly TamalePalooza, and to research outside sources of funding including grants and scholarships so that we can provide arts and crafts supplies, snack materials, and any other expenses not covered
Current Director: Ariana Diaz
Purpose: To manage the Amigos de UCLA finances and budget
Duties: Process requisition forms, maintain expenditures, and fulfill budget evaluations
Current Director: Esteban Lopez
Purpose: To increase the presence of Amigos de UCLA through the use of various social media outlets
Duties: Continuously manage and update the Amigos de UCLA website, Facebook page, Instagram, and Twitter accounts, create an alumni network, and help out with general publicity
